Optimize, Don’t Maximize: How to Surrender to Life’s Algorithm
If you haven’t heard yet, I’m starting a revolution.
A revolution of people who want to play the game of life with Life instead of in opposition to it.
People who want to play free, decode their game, and liberate worlds. If you’re reading this, I already consider you a Freedom Hacker. And my intention is to keep you close as this journey unfolds.
One of my deepest intentions is to teach people how to co-create with Life and let Life lead — not as a concept, but as a lived, embodied practice. This morning, I was given a very clear example of what I mean by that, and I want to share a real, lived example of what I mean when I say surrender to the Life Algorithm — not as a concept, but as a way of actually living.
Here we go:
Lately, I’ve been asking Life for guidance around my body.
Not in a vague way — very specifically.
I’m overwhelmed.
There are a hundred million biohacking tools, supplements, peptides, protocols, and exercises. And honestly? I love all of it. I’m curious. I like learning. I like upgrades.
But it’s not sustainable — financially, energetically, or practically.
At some point, I hit a wall and started talking to Life directly. Not manifesting. Not visualizing. Just giving feedback.
Something like:
“This cannot be this complicated or expensive to LIVE and THRIVE. We need help. Show me the next path.”
And then the word came through: Optimize.
Not maximize.
Not hustle.
Not add more.
Optimize.
So I did what I always do — I got curious. I researched what optimization actually means in living systems, ecosystems, and biology. How nature does it. How Life does it.
And then — because this is how Life works when you’re listening — today I’m scrolling Instagram and one of my favorite follows, Dr. Catherine Clinton (who calls herself a quantum biologist), announces her upcoming book.
The title?
OPTIMIZE.
Coming out January 6.
Preorder it, and you get the masterclasses for free.
That’s the moment where I stop and say: Okay. I’m listening.
This is what I put my faith in.
Not manifestation in the “I will this exact outcome into existence” way. That’s a different technology. Manifestation is focused creation.
Trusting Life is different.
Trusting Life is asking for the steps of your wild adventure to be revealed.
It’s letting the next clue show up — like unlocking the next level of a video game.
You don’t force the map.
You play the game well enough that the path reveals itself.
And once you let go of control — once your nervous system learns how to wait without panicking — it becomes the most exquisite puzzle you will ever get to solve.
That’s magic.
Not fantasy magic.
Temporal magic.
I define Magic as: something appearing outside the time and space where it would normally make sense.
An iPhone in 1770 would’ve been witchcraft.
Now we barely notice it.
In this way, Life is magic too.
When you ask honestly, without attachment to a specific outcome, the answers don’t arrive as effort — they arrive as signals. Paths. Clues. Invitations. Like a video game revealing the next level only after you’ve integrated what came before.
That’s when I realized something important:
We’ve been taught to maximize, not optimize.
And that’s where this word — Optimize — stopped being a concept and became a directive.
Because what I realized wasn’t that I needed more tools, more effort, or more intensity.
What I needed was coherence.
Here’s the thing I keep coming back to:
Maximization is about more.
More clients. More followers. More supplements. More effort. More force.
Optimization increases coherence so energy circulates with less loss.
Less force produces more flow.
Smaller containers hold more vitality.
Fewer people generate deeper impact.
Clear boundaries prevent burnout.
Systems self-correct instead of collapse.
Because the Life Algorithm doesn’t reward intensity.
It rewards coherence.
The Optimization Equation (Freedom Hacker Edition)
Coherence × Consent × Capacity = Sustainable Flow
When those three are present, energy circulates with less loss.
Life moves. Systems stabilize. Vitality returns.
And this is exactly what we practice inside my containers
So here’s my invitation to you:
Take a moment and reflect.
• Where are you trying to maximize when Life is asking you to optimize?
• What feels overly complex, expensive, or effortful right now?
• Where might coherence, consent, or capacity be the missing ingredient?
• What would change if you trusted Life to reveal the next step instead of demanding the full map?
This is the work I’m stepping into more fully this year. And it’s also the foundation of the containers I’m opening next.
If you feel called to practice this — not just think about it — here are the ways to join me.
